Combining deep industry experience and a rare perspective augmented by a decade of work in politics and legislative advocacy. Years doing consumer protection policy work taught invaluable real life lessons. He saw clearly what worked, what didn’t, what’s missing, what’s needed to help set the path for a strong financial future.

Accountable to the people depending on them because aspiring to a higher standard benefits everyone. Oregon and Portland have always been home. Born and raised in the West Portland suburbs, Jake is a graduate of the University of Oregon where he met his wife, Chelsea.  They live with their two young children, Nicolas and Rhea, in Cedar Mill.
